The procedure of data acquisition and creation of models using TLS can be divided into three main steps. The first step is the preparation for measurement. It involves reconnaissance of the measured object, choosing stations for scanning, and signalization and, if necessary, determination of coordinates of reference points. The second step is the procedure of scanning (data acquisition). The third last step is the verification of the results in the field (Kopáčik et.al., 2020).
